Lumi-Plugin® rose to the challenge in its third collaboration with the leading affordable housebuilder, designing and installing downlights equipped with key safety functionality to ensure residents’ safety.
Beautifully illuminating each of the 48 homes, the Lumi-Plugin® Downlight provided a 100° beam angle and 600 lumens, creating bright and inviting spaces. These were complemented by sprinklers, emergency lighting, and the world’s smallest smoke and heat alarms – small yet mighty in both design and form.
The result? Space-saving ceilings that perfectly suit the style of the development and the needs of its residents.
